| Russell Peterson is the winner of the 1995 International Geneva Saxophone Concours held in Geneva, Switzerland and the MTNA National Music Competition. He has studied saxophone with Jean-Marie Londeix, Dr. James Umble, and Dr. John Sampen. He plays bassoon with Le Quatuor d'Anches Chamber Ensemble, the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Wind Quintet, and the Fargo/Moorhead Symphony Orchestra. He is currently Instructor of Saxophone, Bassoon and Jazz Studies at Concordia Colleg in Moorhead, MN. | |||
