The Victor Morosco Saxophone Quartet, a newly formed virtuoso quartet which reflects the eclectic and varied capabilities of its' leader and founder, Victor Morosco. The Quartet's broad repetoire runs the gamut from Bach to Be-Bop, and a usual program reflects these capabilities. Mr. Morosco has been a champion of this style of music since his debut recital at Carnegie Hall in 1962.

Victor Morosco is a unique concert saxophonist who has achieved an international reputation as a performer of both classical and improvised music, an educator, clinician, and composer. He holds B.S. and M.S. Degrees from the Julliard School of Music where he studied with Vincent Abato, Daniel Bonade, and Joseph Allard. Mr. Morosco won critical acclaim for his debut appearance as soloist at Carnegie Hall.

Upon moving to Los Angeles, California in 1968, he was engaged in recording for major motion pictures, television and phonograph records, as well as continuing his career as a soloist, composer and a teacher of international repute. At this time he recorded both his solo album "Double Exposure " and, as a member of the Los Angeles Saxophone Quartet, the entire "Art of the Fugue" of J.S. Bach for Protone Records.

He represents Boosey & Hawkes Musical Instruments, Inc. as a Keilwerth saxophones performing artist and educator.

Dale Wolford has performed to critical acclaim in Europe, and the western United States. His Wolford/Rosenblum Saxophone/Piano Duo with pianist Ivan Rosenblum, has released a solo compact disc, "More than Sax ", on Gliddon Records and "Kabarett: Kurt Weill", with soprano Pamela Alexander on Laurel Records.

Dale has performed with Philip Glass, the San Jose Symphony, The San Francisco Saxophone Quartet and the Nuclear Whales Saxophone Orchestra, with whom he has made two recordings. He has also been a guest soloist with several San Franciso Bay Area orchestras.

He is currently on the music faculty of California State University, Stanislaus.

A San Francisco native, Geordie Frazer has been performing professionally since 1977. He has performed with the San Francisco Symphony, the San Francisco Ballet Orchestra, the San Jose Symphony, the Sacramento Symphony, the Marin Symphony, the Monterey Symphony, the Oakland-East Bay Symphony and the Santa Rosa Symphony.

Freelancing in the San Francisco Bay Area, he has played in numerous theater orchestras, including the Golden Gate, Orpheum and Curran Theaters.

Geordie has been a member of the American Musical Theater of San Jose Orchestra since 1983. He has also toured the United States with the National Tour of Andrew Lloyd Weber's Cats.

Kevin J. Stewart hails from the greater metropolitan area of Detroit. During his early years of playing, Kevin had the great pleasure to play with such groups as the Detroit Symphony, Waffen Symphony, and Rochester Symphony. He also enjoyed soloing with renowned Big Band Drummer J.C. Heard.

Upon entering the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor of Music Performance, Kevin continued an active solo career with the New American Chamber Orchestra, The Renaissance Chamber Orchestra, the Detroit Civic Orchestra, Adrin Symphony, the Rochester Symphony and the Warren Symphony. After graduation in 1989, Kevin headed West to settle by the Bay, hooking up with the San Francisco Saxophone Quartet. Since then tours of the majority of the United States, and Japan have ensued, along with three CD's on the Angel and Dorchester Labels.
